THE COMPANY: Nivi Gestiones España is a company belonging to Nivi Group SpA holding, which has been specialized for more than 60 years in the provision of services in the field of debt collection and commercial information gathering, in Europe and in foreign countries. It’s responsible for the notification abroad of sanctions relating to violations of the traffic code, issued by the main administrations as well as by all municipalities members of FEMP (Federación Española de Municipios y Provincias).

E.M.O. ® (acronym for European Municipality Outsourcing) is a division of Nivi Gestiones España S.L. dedicated exclusively to the management and International Notification of administrative fines issued by the Municipal Police for violations of the Italian Highway Code. Management means the operational implementation, carried out by the municipalities concerned, of all the procedural steps provided for in the European Convention of Strasbourg of 1977 and other international conventions currently in force. Nivi Gestiones España S.L. is also accredited with the main Embassies and Government Bodies of various States, which have been issued with credentials to guarantee the correctness and transparency of the work carried out.

SECURITY: The website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the IT sector, such as firewalls, access control procedures and encrypted systems, all in order to prevent unauthorised access to data. To achieve these purposes, the user/customer accepts that the provider processes the data for authentication and access control purposes.

ONLINE PAYMENTS: Payments can be made in EUR (€) through the main bank payment circuits, in compliance with the European PSD2 Directive, and through the use of the main credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard and Maestro, through a secure and encrypted connection with the credit institutions’ servers to guarantee a high level of security in online transactions.
